Your evolution begins at the Lumious Spring, you can access this place after you beat the first half of the game (Defeating Dialga/Palkia) You'll firstly have to battle Wigglytuff then some cut scenes happen and you cannot evolve

When: You can evolve any of your team mates that you meet along the way after the graduation. BUT you cannot evolve You and your partner until you beat the second half of the game

Spoiler!!!: To evolve your team members you have to beat Wigglytuff (I think) (Graduation) but to evolve YOU or your partner you have to face Dialga and Palkia again.

To evolve, all you need to do is.....

1. Get the Manaphy Egg. Have Manaphy hatch. Take care of Manaphy.

2.Beat Darkrai.

3. Recruit PALKIA. You only need PALKIA on your team.

4.Manaphy comes back. Let him join the team.

5.Do 3 days of optional missions. Manaphy comes to you at Sharpedo Bluff. Tells you about Marine Resort. YOU CAN NOW EVOLVE.

So, recruit Manaphy and Palkia, and have accsess to Marine Resort. Now go evolve!

And recruit palkia,dialga, and get manphy to join your team and your all set.I forgot the place but in the other post it's there xD.

You do not need Dialga to evolve! xD

Seriously! I evolved with only Palkia! And BTW, Palkia is 100% recruititable, os first, try, you can get him.
