I like the first one. I dont want to give you whole movesets so Ill give you moves the pokemon should have.........................

Venasaur- sleep powder

Hitmonchan-thunder punch

Gengar-toxic
hypnosis

Arcanine-Fire Blast

alakazam-Pshcic

Riachu-Thunder(raise pikachu to get good speed and attacks first.)

P.S: on the 2nd one Steelix is impossible to get in FR/LG

Hitmonchan doesn't do anything with Thunder Punch, thanks to 35 Base Stat at Sp Atk.

You can get Steelix on FR/LG by getting the National Dex from Oak after Elite 4. You catch atleast 60 different Pokémon to get it.

Alakazam: As fast as you can. Learns all the same moves, but Alakazam can learn also Hyper Beam (which sucks)

Haunter: As fast as possible. Gengar learns a lot more with TMs and they learn the same moves at the same level.

Growlithe: 49, so he learns both Flamethrower and Extremespeed. If you afford a Flamethrower from Game Corner and want to buy it for him, 25. If you want also Flame Wheel even though he gets Flamethrower, 31.
