Please help improve my team?

I'm sorry this team is so bad:


Jolteon (calm nature)-lv 25- quick attack, helping hand, growl, tackle (just evolved from eevee)

DO NOT TALK ABOUT SOME EV STUFF CUZ I AM NOT EV TRAINING THEM YET

Gyarados (hasty nature)-lv 40- bite, dragon rage, twister, ice fang
Charizard(docile nature)-Lv 42-flamethrower, fire fang, ember, fire spin
Gabile-Lv 19 @ jolly nature, good, IV's (best Iv for special atk.), dragon rage,sand attack, some two other noob attacks) something like take down

Gengar-lv 63-calm nature, nightmare, dream eater, hypnosis, dark pulse


Alakazam@ (IN BOX)hasty nature-67-role play, trick, psychic, future sight


Weavile@ jolly nature-56-ice shard, slash, beat up, some poopy move, i havent touched the moveset yet

Also, I have a lv 56 Rhypherior @ jolly nature,-Hammer arm, earth quake, horn drill, and metal claw

Tell me what I can do to change the movsets, what movesets should I keep, and what pokemon should I replace (if there are any to replace)

charizard, i would get rid of fire spin and get dragon claw, mabey double team or something like that. aerial ace works for me but its up to u.
gyarados sould be able to learn earthquake, not 100% sure.
gengar i would teach confuse ray.
not sure about anything else.
im new at this so don't blame me if i make bad disitions.
another thing, whats EV?

Is this team the makings of a competetive one? Because if it is, you're going to need to start again. Unless you have hundreds of -EV berries then you won't be able to EV train them at all. Not to mention most of the natures are terrible, so you will need to rebreed them all. You also seem to know what IVs are, but you seem to have a good SpAtt IV on possibly the best physical sweeper in OU, with a -SpAtt nature :S

So yeah, I recommend reading through the guides forum on competetive basics like EV training, IV and nature breeding, and team composition. When you feel confident to start a team from stratch plan it out on paper/computer before actually making it, that way we can rate it and save you the trouble of doing something silly :)

EV training wont take you an Hour per Pokemon with the right items...but if you don't want to.

Man, I can't beleive I never did before...Beneficial nature plus max EV's DOES make heaps of difference...but if you don't want to that's fine.

It IS worth looking into tho.

most of your Pokes will be fine eventually in competitive. Jolly nature is fine on Gible.

Weavile must have Ice Punch. She severely sufferes without it. ice shard or avalanche are the only viable replacements for it. For other moves, Night Slash, Brick Break, and Arial Ace will do fine.
Gible can go two ways. Swords Dance, Outrage, Substitute, Earthquake; or Outrage/dragon claw, Earthquake, Fire Fang, Brick Break/Crunch
Jolteon needs Thunderbolt, Thunderwave, Shadow Ball, and whatever, She also has a Baton Pass, Agility, Charm, Thunderwave version if she is starting.
Gengar has a ton of possible movesets.
Gyrados is usually Taunt, Dragon Dance, Earthquake/Ice Fang, Waterfall.

There's event versions of random Pokemon, so good luck finding them on GTS...or, if you even have Wi-Fi, you can trade with one of us and get one to make eggs with.
