Ledyba/Ledian: Worth it? - Pokemon Forum

I found a ledyba yesterday in crystal and i havnt played in a while. Anyway, i realized how cool they are and wondered if you think i could make good use of him on my team? Im not big on bug pokemon cus their stats seem to alwyas suck but maybe i can make it work with this one?

Ledian is one of the worst bugs. He can be made a baton passer but, has no defenses or speed for it.

It gets elemental punches, but personally, I'd level it up so it can breed baton pass onto a Scyther, and then let it sit its life out in the Pc... Having a high SpD is nothing when the rest of its stats can't back it up.

Unless you're a Ninjask, it's only speedy, other stats suck, well attack is ok but...but it's a good baton passer, ninjask i mean...
