The Nidoran Male thing works too, either ways good.

My Yellow Team Was: Pikachu(obviously) Nidoking, Clafable, Vaporeon, and Arcanine.

lol, kinda funny to look back at how n00bish I was. =P

in yellow that nurse joy didn't want to give the bulba to me
my brother started over because i had pokemon silver, and he got that bulba...i was mad

I was the only one who caught a Caterpie and evolved it to a Butterfree to beat Brock :S
I thought there were many!

but soon i realized training a mankey is a better way!

When I played Yellow I generally spent forever training up Pika to beat Brock. It's not actually that hard.

I raised mine to lv.28 and it STILL COULDN'T BEAT BROCK!!!!!!!!

O.o I never had that much trouble at least. All I did was stocked up on potions beforehand.

How could you evolve pikachu!?!
You'd need a thunderstone and you can only get them in celadon and they cost $2100!!!!!!!!!

Uhh... I'll admit that's true... But you can have traded Pika by then and evolved it on another cart. That's the only thing that could have happened, seeing as you can't evolve it on Yellow.
