i'd recommend the trainer house in Viridian, about a hundred times
 . it's a good spread of stat exp from Feraligatr, Typhlosion & Meganium. Battling Red is a good one too. if you can trade though, TOTALLY do it the way in the guide. My way is only for losers like me who only have a GBC  .
