Default Sinnoh regoin is it really that good?

Ok we all are aware that diamond and pearls wi fi system sets it appart from the other pokemon games, but is the actual regoin the games are based in really that good?

Personnallly sinnoh was a disapointment like heon before it, unlike the johto and kanto games I found completeing the games boaring, i am not fully sure why but there just something about it that soo.... tedious rather than enjoyible and difficult.

Sinnoh wasn't as plot based as Kanto or Johto, but I liked it. It had different things in it, unlike Kanto and Johto. Ball capsules, the Unown cave (kind of like Johto, eh?), the GTS (ripped it from the Japanese Crystal; they refined it) and a lot of other stuff. Kind of like a re-made Johto if you want to look at it that way.

I loved it. They really seemed to focus more on the mountains and land in general than they id in other versions, especially in Hoenn where water was everywhere.

I'm tired of all the Hoenn and Sinnoh bashing.

It wasn't perfect, but it was good just the same.

They've covered mountains and sea in Hoenn and Sinnoh.
In Kanto and Johto they covered nothing - every city had the same features.

Overall I found most of the pokemon lackluster and it's time for the stories and game play to deepen a bit IMO. The underground was a cool idea but feels unimportant and incomplete to the rest of the game experience. Side quests to capture ledgendaries should not be dependent on nintendo giving away items at events since they rarely do so. As much as I like pokemon this feels like the weakest experience of the series thus far. Trading and battling online helped rescue it somewhat though.

Once you get fly, any of the regions are fine by me.
It just sucks walking through that giant mountain chain before you can fly...
