I need a shoddy team, without Ubers, and preferably it is a Hail team, so all ice types with the abilities that work with Hail and all that.

Rain Dane has quite a few good Pokemon. Toxicroak, Lanturn, Gyarados, Ludicolo, Kabutops, Qwilfish to name a few. Good supporters are Vaporeon, Bronzong, Zapdos, and Jirachi.

Sandstorm obviously needs Tyranitar or Hippowdon, or possibly both. Cradily, Regirock, Rampardos, Swampert, Skarmory, Claydol, Shuckle, Gliscor, Garchomp, and Cacturne are all good Pokemon to have on a SS team.

If you pick a weather and a few starting Pokemon I can help you.

I need some help building a team that involves a SubSDing Lucario and Celebi. I feel like the two would work very well together since Lucario resists Celebi's glaring Bug weakness along with her Ice weakness. I'm pretty sure I would also want to use something like Heatran or something with a 4x Fire Resist to take care of both of their weaknesses, but I need help bringing it all together. PM me if you can share some advice.
