stat wise during battle how much does stat raising moves raise a pkmns stats
so lets say i had a hypno and used nasty plot and its spatk was at 245 what would its new spatk be

A boost of 1 stage is 1.5x, IIRC.

2 stages is 2x.

3 stages is 2.5X.

So on, and so forth.

Hypno's Sp. Attack would be 490.
