Meteor Mash
Earthquake
Sludge Bomb
I'd go with Psychic over Agility to make a solid tank.
Salamence@Shell Bell
252 Sp Att, 252 Spd, 6 HP
Fire Blast
Hydro Pump
Crunch
Dragon Claw
I still don't get why people risk using FB and Pump for Elemence; I'd use Flamethrower instead...but, I guess it's alright.
Skarmory@Leftovers
252 Sp Def, 129 HP, 129 Att
Sandstorm
Spikes
Roar
Toxic
Nice poisoshuffler/spiker
Milotic@Leftovers
252 Def, 129 HP, 129 Sp Def
Refresh
Recover
Attract
Ice Beam
An interesting defensive annonying Milotic...it should work well.
Ninjask@Lum Berry
252 HP, 129 Def, 129 Sp Def
Swords Dance
Protect
Dig
Baton Pass
Silver Wind over Dig
Breloom@Quick Claw
252 Att, 252 Spd, 6 HP
Focus Punch
Spore
Giga Drain
Leech Seed
Either Sludge Bomb or Mach Punch over Giga Drain...Breloom doesn't have enough SP ATK for Giga Drain to be of any use.

Pretty darn good; with a few changes, it'd be excellent.

This is pretty fine, @ Quick Claw/Leftovers. EVs: 252 Attack, 252 HP, 6 Speed or whatever. Adamant pls. Don't let this guy start.
-Physical Sweeper
Salamence@Shell Bell
252 Sp Att, 252 Spd, 6 HP
Fire Blast
Hydro Pump
Crunch
Dragon Claw
@ Leftovers pls. Nature: Timid or Modest, your choice
-SP Sweeper
Skarmory@Leftovers
252 Sp Def, 129 HP, 129 Att
Sandstorm
Spikes
Roar
Toxic
WTF, EVs in Attack with no attacking move ._. Ditch Sandstorm for Rest or something, Attach Chesto or Leftovers or whatever. Nature: Impish or Bold, I prefer the latter. Max HP EVs, Max Defense, the rest in speed or something ._.
-Psuedo Hazer/Physical wall
Milotic@Leftovers
252 Def, 129 HP, 129 Sp Def
Refresh
Recover
Attract
Ice Beam
I like Confuse Ray over Refresh, Surf over Attract. EVs: 252 SDef, 252 HP, 6 SAttack. Nature: Modest or Calm.
-SP Sweeper/Special wall
Ninjask@Lum Berry
252 HP, 129 Def, 129 Sp Def
Swords Dance
Protect
Dig
Baton Pass
Substitute over Protect(your choice) and Silver Wind over Dig. Max Attack, Max HP, 6 Speed. Jolly or Adamant.
-BPer
Breloom@Quick Claw
252 Att, 252 Spd, 6 HP
Focus Punch
Spore
Giga Drain
Leech Seed
HP Rock over GDrain, at least for me. 252 Speed isn't my choice, I'd go with 252 Defense, but it's your choice.
-Sweeper

Re: Rate my Sapphire team.
Metagross-Moves are fine. Metagross can be in a KO streak with the Attack boost of a Liechi Berry until it collides with a Skarmory. Scope Lens also works here too.
Salemence-Again, the moves are fine. Shell Bell isn't just great though. You should either attach Petaya/Salac Berry for the sweeping boost, or Scope Lens.
Skarmory-..It doesn't have any attacking moves, and you give 25% of its EVs? I prefer those 129 EPs in Defense. I also have Protect over Sandstorm to Toxi-Stall/PP-Waste.
Milotic-Mirror Coat, Recover, Refresh, and Surf pwns. His colossal Special Defense and decent HP makes him a great Elemental Sponge utilizing Mirror Coat. Refresh and Recover for Tanking attributes. Surf every Physical Sweepers out of existance.
Ninjask-Dig would really hurt Ninjask, because of its two-turn side effect. I would prefer a much more powerful Silver Wind, which has a potential effect of raising every stats. However, the normal battle pattern for Ninjask is, Protect, Swords Dance, and Baton Pass, or maybe even without the Swords Dance. Ninjask is a very fragile Pokemon, and you need to handle him much more carefully.
Breloom-You really don't want to take time setting up Leech Seed, nor using Giga Drain. Breloom is supposed to Focus Punch on the switch, not utilizing Leech Seed. It has unsatisfying Special Attack to use Giga Drain effectively.
An old Ninjask and Metagross Team? Pretty hard to set up, but pretty easy to sweep the team whole.

Re: Rate my Sapphire team.
Liechi is the only Pinch berry in RuSa, kthnx. Which means, no Salac or Petaya, etc.
