Default Working Moms Vs Stay at Home moms

Well, it's the battle of the moms. We have the working moms who think the stay at home moms are lazy, and the stay at home moms make the working moms feel baad about not spending time with their kids. Discuss

This really isn't a fair topic because what if the mother is single? Then she has no choice but to work? Stay at home moms are actually working moms. Just think about the things they do. They clean, they cook, they take the kids to school, they pick them up, take them to their practices, and many other things that I will not list. Either one is a great mom.

I grew up with a working mom and it hasn't effected me *twitches uncontrolably*

I feel that while a stay at home mother is overall slightly better for the development of the child, albeit a little stifling, there is always the consideration of No Freakin' Choice Cause We Need Money.

Not much to say on this, so just my two cents.

My Mom is a little of both. She takes me to school, goes to work, and finishes work to pick me up. She stays home with me and my brother for the rest of the day.

I perfer working moms over stay at home moms. The reason being is because they have to work in order to support the family, yet they still have time to spend with the kids. Stay at home moms sometimes have that selfish "These kids are such a pain. I wish I had some me time." attidude. Then they'll complain that they might not have enough money at the house.
