SOMEONE HELP ME!

I am just about to finish the game (main storyline) and I need help! What level should I be before heading into the Sky Tower? I just need a simple opinionative answer.

I did it at level 25 - 28, but most people like to be 35 - 40, just make sure you have attract to use if you get stuck. Which Pokemon are you.

I am Charmander, lv 30 (Flamethrower=Best Attack)
My partner is Chikorita, lv 31 (Specialty-Bullet Seed)
My 3rd member is Absol, lv 25 (he has Ice Beam, which I hear is Super Effective against Raquaza)
I read a guide that said keep Absol in the front and let him keep reviving with the Revival Seeds. Also, is it a good idea to use Sleep Seeds?

What is this Ultra RPG I am seeing everywhere? What is it? How can I do it?

Just use sleep powder with chikorita, and the URPG is a RPG, just go to the section for it on the forum
