Don't use Timid. Calm/Bold for Empoleon.

Quiet might work for Mespirit If you wanted to run:

Mespirit@Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 Hp/ 156 (S)Def/ 100 SATk
Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
- Trick Room
- Psychic
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot/Thunderbolt/Charge Beam

But I'd get Modest/Timid and use:

Mespirit@Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk/ 252 Spd/ 4 HP
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)/Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Psychic
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot

Mesprit is much better as a Calm Minder. Choice Specs is something Azelf or even Alakazam does better.

Mesprit@Leftovers
Modest
180 Spd, 252 Sp. Attack, 78 HP
Calm Mind
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
Grass Knot/Psychic

Last slot is for coverage. Grass Knot after a few boosts will put a lot of pain on Tyranitar, and Psychic can put a dent in Heracross switch-ins.

EDIT: I just saw it's Quiet. That's alright, too.
