depends on your level. If your like a high level then my advice would be like caputring like typhlosion, swampert, blazekin, meganium and all the other final evo's of the starters. but if ur an iffish level then try the cave that gets u to wintown. if ur a lowlevel then try Lila forest it has a wide range of pokemon for capture, like linoone which if u keep circling him till u max out his ex. it's 100 so just look around!

Depending on how far you are. If you have already beat the game go back to the Go-Rock Squad's hideout to recruit the tyranitar

that works, its easy knowing the whole things blown up so no go rock squad grunt cant come kick you out for stepping on a red tile... and the tyranitars a lot easier to handle without the larvitar and pupitar.
