You know when a pokemon goes through evolution at a level but you catch it when it passed the level but didnt go through evolution can you make it change?

Ex. I have a Marill level 25, I caught her a few days ago and now I want it to be an Azumarill but Marill goes through evolution at level 18.
Can she be an Azumarill?

Yes, pokemon in this situation can be evolved. Just raise your Marril (unless that's just a made-up example, in which case use the real pokemon) up one level and it will give the evolution prompt. This will happen until lv. 100, so you have time.

But, everytime you deny the pokemon to evolve, it will eventually evolve, because the more you deny, the harder it is to make the game read the 'B' button

To prevent this, use an Everstone, until your desired level

And yes, if you catch a Pokemon whose level is higher than the evolution level, it'll evolve the next level after

Yes, it will evolve at level 26 then, or whenever it reaches the next level.
