need help with my team(s)

ok well, i haven't really played pokemon since the 2nd generation, and i started playing diamond a while ago, and i understand the natures, a lil' and i'm gonna try and start competitive battling, but i'm not so sure what to use or get.

my team right now:

i don't really have a 6th and im thinking of swaping sceptile or blissy since they sorta the same, sorta. and adding some thing decent

and i'm thinking of mixing it up with other pokemon

Changes in bold. I didn't do blazekein and sceptile, because I know nothing about them, but you only have one wall. Post EV's. Items need alot of help.
