Question Fire Blast A TM?

Is Fire Blast a TM? Someone told me that it was TM05. I was asking because when I was in the Battle Tower I was facing a LV20 Wigglytuff that knew Fire Blast.

In G/S/C you get it by getting 5,5oo coins and go to the game corner in Goldenrod City and get TM38.

This thread DOES belong here. And you know, people can not smell there's a TM Fire Blast.

Really, that I meant was that this kinda questions don't have to be post. That is the reason that exist (there are) too many web pages where he can see that. Like www.serebii.net.
And I didn't want to sound like that. Like Vain or kinda.

Note to Rukario: Best keeping the "big person" speeches for people who can actually pull them off, dork, :P

Anyways, yes, as many people have stated, there is, and always has been a Fire Blast TM.

In R/B/Y, it was won after defeating Blaine, in G/S/C it was bought in the Game Corner, and in R/S/E it is bought in the Lilycove department store.

Enjoy.
