Pikachu Problem

I'm having a slight problem training my Pikachu. It says in the Pokédex on www.pokemonelite2000.com that it learns thunderbolt at level 25. I just got it to level 25 and....no thunderbolt...

This is on Pokemon Yellow/GSC, right? Because it doesn't learn Thunderbolt in Red and Blue...

You are right, pikachu learn thunderbolt in level 26.

Umm, just because you're right doesn't make you the smartest. Anyways, yes, it does learn it at lv 26
