Default Body Building Movests?

Check this out:

Snorlax Impish(+def-sp atk)
hold :leftovers
EVs: HP 212 def-156 sp def-120
Moveset:
Curse/Crunch
Rest/Sleep talk

What u do here, is first you creat a mixed wall. And as we all know, snorlax already has great HP and sp def. Thats why u want to increase its DEF. Peeps think his def is so low, thats where they'll hit, but...unfortunatly for them thats not whats happening here. But fight type are a big no no for snorlax here(unless u use curse 6x). Curse up and build that deffence up and along with that sky rockets your attack as well. With a base stat of 110 in atk, his stats will grow faily nice even w/o evs there, the curse is where his true strength comes in. U also may want to Rest and sleep talk on ur way. Does eveyone see what i'm doing with this? U don't have to curse 6 times, u can also crunch in between when u need to. I chose crunch over roll out cause...idk, but thats an option too!

So now that i've explained this, I was wondering if this strategy would be effective with other pokemon but using Calm mind instead!!! :O Oh, and you can do this strat w/ skarmory too(curse)!! So now I'm thinking on using Bronzong(he only has one weakness!!!) "and" spiritomb! It may not be nessecary to use sleep talk either, you could use subsitute aas well(before u sleep)!

In other words, you're running an old, old build. The main difference being that Sleep Talk is taken out for Earthquake or something along those lines (don't know, it's been ages since I've seen one).

>__> i knows, but i was using curselax as an example of what u could do with other pokemon and using a similar strategie but with calm mind! Do u think a Bronzong could pull it off with calm mind?

Another pretty common set...

Standard goes like this.

Bronzong@Leftovers
Relaxed
EVS: 252 HP, 100 Def., 152 Sp. Attack
Psychic/HP Ice/Grass Knot
Block/HP Ice/Grass Knot
Calm Mind
Rest

Block is optimal, but an additional attack can be added if you (like me) aren't impressed with Psychic's coverage. I ran this set briefly in my Wi-fi team with Psychic+ HP Ice and I actually had a lot of success.

Common!? :( awwww man. Well my bronzong will look more like this:
Bronzong @ Wide Lense
Bold(i don't need physical attack)
EV: 252 HP, 132 DEF, 126 SP DEF
Hypnosis/ (Insert some decent sp atk here)
Rest/ Calm Mind

The best Sp. Atk there is Psychic, and its coverage is bad. IMO take out either Hypnosis or Rest and put in another Sp. Atk. Maybe even take out the other one of those 2 for Trick Room.

Curselax goes like this:

Curse
Rest
Return
Crunch/Earthquake/any other decent damage move

Yeah, that set works best with crunch or Ice punch or thunder punch. It can be extremely ineffective with EQ though because gengar are pretty common now.

Oh and Psychics coverage is very bad, Grass knot is much better because a high powered HP ice can be hard to get(thats why i don't use HP moves). I suggest getting rid of rest and maybe hypnosis too, put on confuse ray for some annoyance and give it grass knot.
