Naruto: Ninja Legends

Alright this is a Naruto RP as you can see. If anything is missing, please nicely inform me of it. If you can find a way to improve the plot, please let me know, and I'll try to add it in! Here we go!....

~Plot~
30 years after the events of the Naruto series, by the way

All is peacefull between the Villages, trade is abundant, interaction is well. All except the Hidden Sound Village. The Otokage, a newly accepted title of Kage, is born. His name is Raikaito, and in his newly accquired power, he has seemed to have been the perfect leader for the Land of Sound. But, as the years passed, and Raikaito realized more of his power, has become power mad, and now rules with an iron fist, executes citizens even on the most petty of accusation, such as stealing bread. He as even waged war with the other villages in an attempt to become the Ultimate Kage!
Now the other villages must band together, and put a stop to this menace, and since the Jonin, and Tokubetsu Jonin, even a few Chunin have been called to duty, leaving the rest of the Chunin and the Genin have to take even the S-Rank missions and somehow help to put a stop to Raikaito. Many of even the best ninja the villages have died in combat, even Naruto Uzumaki, Sauske Uchiha, Sakura Haruno, Jiraiya, Tsunade, and others aswell, leaving the children to help defend the Village.

No godmodding, which includes no super powerfull jutsu!
No bunnying unless permission is given
Resengan & Byokugon allowed, but only a limited amount of people can have it.

You left out the Akatsuki, spelt Rasengan and Byakugan wrong, and put Rasengan and Byakugan instead of Rasengan/Chidori or Sharingan/Byakugan. Also, one more thing. You left out the part, if Saskue ever revived his clan.
