Groudon needs Stone Edge, maybe over Shadow Claw since STAB EQ does more than SE Shadow Claw anyways, you have Dragon Claw for Lati@s, and Stone Edge covers Lugia better.

Spacial rend beat Palkia. and has more power. I'd run 112 Atk/ 144 Satk/ 252 Spd on it as it crumples if hit.
