If this guy really wants a team constructed then he should have posted it here, but now that a new rule has been established team requests for the fourth generation go here.

Now then, to finish this off on the grounds of making a team request thread when there is all ready one. In fact, since not all of you read the rules everyday I am going to make an announcement about the update.
