Edit: Not steelix actually, your cousin has a big Gyaravire weakness. I would suggest changing some of the pokemon.

Your tea is easily topalled by a strong ground STAD and then some sweeping, You might want a strong defense like Blissey, or a pokemon to counter your weakness.
