I'd put in Garchomp, I'll add in stat's in a sec.

Thats IMO, but other than that, it's a good team.

EVs: 16 HP / 252 Atk / 240 Spd
Jolly Nature
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Swords Dance
-Fire Fang

I have the exact same Stat's and Movesets as this Garchomp, in my PC.

You don't need Aerial Ace on Weavile, because SD Ice Punch does more. Ice Shard and Pursuit are unnecessary on a Jolly SD Weavile.

You need EVs in something else on Ninjask, and its defensive stats are useless, so Attack. It doesn't have the Defenses to use Substitute, and when uses it, its Focus Sash goes away... Substitute is a high risk on Ninjask.

Here's a suggestion:

-Aqua Ring
-Acid Armor
-Baton Pass
-Substitute/Surf

Use 56 Sp. Atk with Surf, and 56 Sp. Def with Substitute. Basically, you're supposed to Baton Pass 2 Acid Armors and an Aqua Ring to Blissey, which then becomes practically invincible with OHKO clause.
