Miltank is more of a wall while Tauros is a sweeper. I would recommend Tauros.

Infernape@Expert Belt
Nature: Jolly
EV: 252 Attack/Speed
1. Flare Blitz
2. Earthquake
3. Stone Edge
4. Close Combat

Lapras@Leftovers
Nature: Calm
Ability: Water Absorb
EV: 252 HP/Special Defense
1. Surf
2. Ice Beam
3. Thunderbolt
4. Perish Song/Roar

Tauros@Life Orb
Nature: Jolly
EV: 252 Attack/Speed
Ability: Intimidate
1. Return
2. Earthquake
3. Stone Edge
4. Zen Headbutt

Rhyperior@Leftovers
Nature: Impish
Ability: Solid Rock
EV: 252 HP/Def
1. Earthquake
2. Stone Edge
3. Megahorn
4. Stealth Rock

Dusknoir@Leftovers
Nature: Careful
EV: 252 HP/200 Defense/52 Sp Defense
1. Shadow Sneak
2. Brick Break
3. Will-O-Wisp
4. Pain Split (egg move)

As a 6th Pokemon, I recommend Gengar.

Gengar@Wide Lens
Nature: Timid
EV: 252 Sp Attack/Speed
1. Hypnosis
2. Focus Blast
3. Thunderbolt
4. Shadow Ball

Tauros-Adamant nature(+attack -sp.attack/Intimidate ability
Rhyperior-Adamant nature +attack -Sp.attack/Lightning rod ability
