both give you equal exp. choose the one that's easier to defeat. Does your poke know any flying type attacks? if it does i recommend zedjaflying. If not, then see if it has dragon type attacks. then fight zedjadragon if it does. if not, well, fight a zedja that has type of your attack, I can gurantee it will be super or ultra effective, if you do what i say probably

1;go to battle thing with it says battle in gym battle an online member and battle and memeber computer controlled
2:go to battle any memeber computer controlled
3:put in on user name............lets say i wanted to battle BULBASAUR EXAMPLE WARNING!
4in put in zad or however u spell it then grass
5the person you battle will have grass type pokemon mabye a BYLBASAUR

No, that doesn't help anyone. Partly because no one could understand what you just said, and partly because you've got it backwards. It should be this:

1. Click on the "Members" tab on the side of the page.
2. Where it says "Members:" and gives you a search bar, type in zedjatype.
3. Make sure you replace the "type" with the type you want to train.

So say you wanted to train a Rock type pokemon. In the search bar you would type in, "Zedjarock". Zedjarock should pop up. Now just click "Battle" under his username. You can do this for almost any Pokemon type, except for Grass and Water, I believe.
