Not so sure about the rest. Although NO GYRO BALL on ELECTRODE He is Blazing fast why would you put that on him. Also Swampert is a great lead so use him as so.

I wasn't sure if gyro ball is better on faster or slower pokemon, what should I put instead? And how do I get an electric hidden power move?

Light Screen or Mirro Coat I guess. Also about Hidden Power, that's the hard part which is why you can choose between this set and your other set. You need to get specific IV's in order to get Hidden Power Lightning...I forgot though so go search around the net.

I would get rid of Glaceon and Electrode. They are the weakest link in your team.
Glaceon has good stats, but his limited movepool makes him bad.

Im not sure about Crobat, but Swampert and Gallade are OU.
