The ranks depends on your post count.
Rookie Trainer: Less than 50 posts.
Amateur Trainer: More than 50 posts.
Experienced Trainer: More than 100 posts.
Master Trainer: More than 250 posts.
Elite Trainer: More than 500 posts.

PE2k can lock threads, becoz he's a admin. It is his privilege. Locking threads can also reduce SPAMs and argues on nonsense topics.

i'm sure a mod will lock this thread soon.
