My favorite team to use is my all-regular team of Charizard, Lucario, Pikachu, Houndoom, Ivysaur, and Torterra. They've all been raised to level 100, and I'm working on custom movesets for all of them.

Currently, my team is:
Venusaur Lv.100 Xatu Lv. 100 Gastrodon Lv.96 Electivire Lv.100 Snover Lv.20 Houndoom Lv.100 I'm training Gastrodon right now, and I think I'm going to replace Snover with Starly or Machop. I'll have to catch one of those two first, though... lol.
