The fighting weakness concerns me. 4 pokemon is an awful lot, especially for how common fighting attacks are. I really like the lapras set though. That is definately a keeper. Pory is fine, zangoose is fine, and mantine looks okay. I don't really see what machamp does for this team. Maybe replace it with something that counters heracross.

Aggron Can't do it because Aggron doesn't make 404 subs.

Okay. Makes sense, but couldn't you get a pokemon that counters both heracross and blissey? Poliwrath has decent HP, maybe it could make 101 subs? Just throwing it out there.

oh wait nvm, didn't read that little tidbit after the moveset lol. i think running modest over timid (or any speed-boosting nature) when using a choice scarf set is better, since you can still outrun a lot of pokemon (at least base speed 125) with enough speed ev investments, and it's good to take advantage of porygon-z's unusually high sp atk stat.
