Angry Answering Multiple Times to the Same Question

Just a quick note. If someone has already posted the correct answer to a question, it does not make much sense to post the exact same answer with slightly different wording, does it? I have seen this much too often in the D/P forums for my liking and think that there should be a rule against it.

Rule #58:
It's not "down the road", it's not "across the
street", it's not "through the jugular". It's "down
the road, across the street AND through the jugular."

Luckily, the posts you make there don't get counted, so it doesn't really matter. XP

I think the n00bs and newbs do that to try to prove they are smart.

ya, ive also seen this happen ALOT. If your adding something onto what someone already said, then i guess thats ok.But youre right. ive seen the most understandable walkthroughs and then someone come right back and say "you go there"

@Hoshika: i think only the trading section posts arent counted

There's an announcement out that says this same thing, so if people ignore that, they'll ignore this too.

Yeah, I've seen most newbs do this. It's sadder that they get the credit and veterans don't. Sorry if I'm basiclly saying what everyone else said, which is basicly what this thread is about.

Best you can do is pm a mod to get the thread closed after the question has been answered. Until the new members understand, there's nothing better we can do.
