I'm confused - Pokemon Forum

I bought a Pokemon Leaf Green Game on ebay, the convincing fake. It says it is version one of a project of lgtr.tk, which is confusing. Parts are in english, parts in japanese.

Acctually, it is just a japanese LG, which I was expecting, with some parts in english and the pokemon's names hold only 5 letters. Like it was hijacked.

Right, several people have already contacted me that the games are poorly translated versions. Definitely not worth buying.

Ok, there is a reason why its called fake ._. Thats why you DON'T buy it. Seriously, what'd you expect? Even if it is total Japanese, are you one of the few who can read it? Unless you have a fake collection, that was a waste of time and money. Meh...

It was brought to attention on many boards saying it was a fake. Why you would go ahead and buy it anyway I can't imagine why

The people that were selling it to you created a program to translate FR/LG. I thought it was only for ROMS though.

I would buy a Japanese version instead.I know the story of Red,Blue,Green and Yellow and the story line is the same.Only some new stuff is added and I know them.

Well, I have a walkthrough, and know most of it. I can understand japanese, I juyst wish I knew it better, as I only recognise kanji letters.

That doesn't mean u need a walkthrough...
I hate walkthroughs becoz after reading them, u no every bits u need to do with the game and it will be no longer fun. I love challenges so i never buy a walkthrough.
