I was wondering where you get Houndour/Houndoom in Colosseum?

You get Houndoom in the Reglam Tower, all the way at the end. :P Good luck catching it.. comes along with Absol, Troupis and Metagross... some advice: bring lots of Pokeballs

Crap... I missed that part... Is there any way to get it if you missed it? (Like when you go to catch Croconaw/Bayleef/Quilava if you didn't get them, the other trainers are there and if you missed snagging their Pokémon, the still have it...)

If you mean you missed it, as in catching it, you can always go back up into the tower. It'll still be there, andf you can try to catch it again...
If you ment you didn't do that part/skipped it, you really can't skip it o.o
