Ah jeez, looks like everyone beat me to this one. In case it wasn't thoroughly answered ^^...
Um, PokemonElite2000 is the only one who can change your name. But we recently found out, he's happily returned(yay, awesome, and all that fun stuff...) sooo just give 'im a chance. I know what it's like to be busy, he'll get around to it for you. In the mean time, make the best of the name "kill shot" ^^
