according to Bulbapedia:

New Mauville, found on some wild Magnemite and Magneton (R/S/E)

You know where that is? It's under the bike path, South of Mauville.

you'll also need thief or snatch, i'm afraid.

Aw, I read on psypokes, it only appears 5% of the time on magnemites and magnetons.

My friend has 99 of each TM, so I can get as much as I want to. And I'm borrowing his game for the moment. XD

you can also move tutor slaking (or hold slakoth to 31) for covet
