You mean an avatar correct? Even though this is posted in the wrong area...
User CP > Settings & Options > Edit Avatar And presto! =)

There are so many threads about this
 ! Just follow these directions:First, find a picture you like on the web. Save it as a GIF or a JPEG. Then go to the User CP and upload it!
