Does anyone have a sneasel with Ice Punch?

I will be willing to give a legit Mew or Rayquaza. I will give something else if requested and if I have it.

No neither of them are shiny, and I only give shinys for shinys (thats if I even deicide to trade them)

Mew is 37 (original move set)
Rayquaza is 86

How did you get the Sneasel to learn Ice Punch? I know he it's an egg move, but with pkm did you breed him with?
