Glaceon and Leafeon

Leafeon has an ability that is activated during sunny weather. As for a moveset, it all depends on your style. I suggest you get Sunny Day in there; it's learned at level 64 but it is also obtained via TM. Sunny Day may make fire moves more effective, but then again I doubt you'll be fighting fire types with a grass type. Giga Drain is learned at level 43 or through a TM, and Synthesis is learned at level 29.

Glaceon has an ability that works with Hail. Glaceon's moveset is a bit lacking, but there are some other moves to learn via TM.

As usual, all Eevee evolutions do not begin learning their type-specific moves until level 15. All of them still learn the normal Eevee level-up moves, however.
