Use Reversal+Endure, if you want to keep Salac. Other wise give it Choice Band.

Let's see then

Heracross (M) @ Salac Berry
Trait: Swarm
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Focus Punch
- Megahorn
- Rock Slide

I don't see what you are trying to get to here. Earthquake on Heracross is really stupid. Brick Break is an option and so is Sleep talk. Salac Berry is not really a good idea, especially when you don't have reliable way of activating it. You can either go with MoPCross, which uses 300 HP (30 HP IV) and Substitute, Megahorn, Rock Slide, Swords Dance; or Choice Band Heracross, with the same set (not eq).

Suicune @ Leftovers ** Suicunt
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 240 HP / 212 Def / 24 Spd / 32 SAtk
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Rest
- Roar
- Surf

Looks fine.

Skarmory (M) @ Leftovers ** Flying.Tin.Can
Trait: Keen Eye
EVs: 252 HP / 88 Atk / 162 Def / 8 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Drill Peck
- Hidden Power [Ground]
- Roar
- Spikes

I never got the point of HP Ground to be honest. A team with little wish support doesn't really help, moreso because whatever Salamence hates, Skarmory dislikes. Rest would be more effective over HP Ground. If you see a magneton, you are getting ko'd anyway. It's not that Magneton has a lot of survivability, like doing 60% to it would matter. And Skarmory is not a powerhouse. Move those attack EVs to speed to get a much more worthwhile spread.

Breloom (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Effect Spore
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Focus Punch
- Hidden Power [Ghost]
- Sky Uppercut
- Spore

eh, I would get Substitute somewhere, probably over Sky Uppercut.

Salamence (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 100 Def / 56 Spd / 100 SDef
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Fire Blast
- Protect
- Toxic
- Wish

Ok, I always hated Defensive Salamence. It basically has no survivablility unless the opponent lacks a bulky water, which in today's metagame rarely happens. Fire Blast's accuracy is rather crap as well. If you want Wishmence, I would recommend Hidden Power [Flying] over FBlast and Substitute over Protect.

Swampert (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP / 68 Atk / 40 Def / 56 SAtk / 104 SDef
Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
- Counter
- Earthquake
- Ice Beam
- Surf

[i]heh, it's nice to get an extra ko with counter but this thing has no versatility. Infact, your team has no survivablility. Salamence is the most countered pokemon in this metagame, which is supposed to be a support to valuable pokemon such as Swampert. I would seriously get Protect somewhere to at least get a little recovery or Rest.
Your team is more of Attack until you can, if stalled, you lose. Hidden Power [Grass] Zapdos is very troublesome for your team, as none of your pokemon bar Breloom take its attacks. Breloom can't do much in return either. Then you have stuff like CBMence who can rip through this team as your bulky waters are either not able to ko it (Suicune), or get worn out due to not having a recovery move (Swampert). You literally have nothing that can switch into a Starmie. Gyarados sweeps this team easily. Skarmory, Cloyster, Forretress can easily put down their spikes and laugh at you. You would want something more versatile than Breloom to be honest. With the metagame cramped up with Sleep Talkers, Breloom has a hard time to breathe. You can go with something like a Dusclops, who solves your rather big Gengar weakness. It also blocks Spikes. I would suggest a Starmie [Rapid Spin, Thunderbolt, Surf, Recover] over Suicune, so that Spikes and Gyara don't entirely destroy your team.
