Default Glaceon or Espeon

Basically, It's defense over speed. Glaceon and Espeon have the same max special defense and special attack. Espeon has more max speed and glaceon has more max defense. I've always thought of espeon to be the better special sweeper with a moveset like...

Espeon@Leftovers (or lum)
Modest nature
Psychic
Protect
Toxic
Attract

Anyone disagree or have a better moveset for glaceon or espeon?

Espeon kind of sucks now but whatever.

~ Calm Mind
~ Substitute
~ Psychic
~ Baton Pass

I don't see why this wouldn't work. Yeah, Weavile rapes this but if Weavile drops in to Pursuit you can BP off (behind sub) to something safe probably like Gyarados or whatever. Calm Mind is meh but nothing else fits. Special sweeper fails as it is outclassed by Azelf and way too much.

Glaceon sucks being an Ice type but whatever.

~ Ice Beam
~ Shadow Ball / Hidden Power Ground
~ Fake Tears
~ Wish

Probably. It can't do much else. Maybe Charm, Protect and some of its more meh options like Toxic could find a home potentially but I doubt it. You could also use Hidden Power Electric for "boltbeam" coverage, it might work out. But Ground hits Steels and there's no way this thing is OU material lol.

I've got some good wins with espeon in the past on that build, but with D/P i'm just not sure how its going to work out anymore. Gotta re-think all my strategies .

i find it kinda weird u used espeon as a special sweeper yet it only has 1 move that does direct damage, and it only has 10PP

That's because Espeon can't learn many special attacks - just Psychic and Shadow Ball.

Go with Espeon w/ a Timid nature. Glaceon is weak to Rock Slide and Fighting attacks.
