Ragnarok's Team

Won't bother saying levels.
My RBY team.

I'm making a team for battles between a few of my friends.
Rules are:
No Legendary Birds
No Mewtwo

This is what I have so far.

Dragonite - Fire Blast, Blizzard, Thunder and Hyper Beam.
Gyarados - Water advantage.
Charizard - Fire advantage.
Aerodactyl - Ground/Flying type. +Completes dragon team.
Hypno - Used for hypnosis and psychic.
Jolteon - Electric advantage.

Can anyone suggest any improvements?

Dragonite could use improvement i think. My personal opinion on a Dragonite's moveset would have to be:

Ice Beam
ThunderBolt
HyperBeam
Body Slam
This moveset lacks STAB but thats not a huge problem since the only STAB move it could learn is Dragon Rage, which is a waste of time. It's mainly for sweeping and not a technical things.
Gyarados: Gyarados is a great pokemon overall statwise so we are gonna use some STAB
Body Slam
Ice Beam
ThunderBolt
Surf

Jolteon: Great Choice of a Pkmn, it has amazing speed and is perfect for thunder waving/ baton passing. But since R/B/Y doesnt have baton pass, i'll improvise.
