Earthquake Help

who should i teach earthquake to? Im thinking about either:

Metagross

Claydol

Aggron

??????

well it depends who you want more. If it were up to me i would teach it to metagross

Claydol would have a good earthquake since hes ground and all but still he we die real easy from a surf or a powerful crunch.

It all depends on your preference; if you want a hard Physical Sweeper then give it to Metagross. If you want a tank, with a Rapid Spinner, then give it to Claydol. In any event, both of these outclass Aggron, IMO.

But, like I said, earlier, it all depends on your preference.

i dont know about sweepers and tanks, etc.
if i teach it to metagross my moveset would be:

meteor mash
psychic
EQ
hyper beam

for claydol:
EQ
psychic
ancient power
dig

hyper beam is a no no for metagross, Ancient power and dig are no need for on claydol. Those are MY thoughts.

why no hyper beam and ancient powwer and dig?

Dig is pointless, if you want a dodging move you need Protect, and Rapid Spin is needed, Ancientpower is OK, less power than Rockslide but 100% accuracy and better extra effect. Hyper Beam is only good on Slaking outside double battle, Agillity and Explosion are good on Metagross.

People don't like hyper beam because of the recharging, Slaking is the only one that's appropriate for hyper beam. I have no comment on ancientpower, but instead of dig, you can use detect or protect, and use a stronger move the next turn.

I also like using a dugtrio with earthquake b/c of it's effect, arena trap. It can really work. Try this:

Earthquake
Rock Slide
Aerial Ace
Sludge Bomb

The strategy, see a pokemon you have a type advantage on, switch in, and they can't switch out due to arena trap, then beat them and get out.
