-Surf
-Protect

-Rain Dance
-Crunch
-Protect or Reflect

Suicune
-Rain Dance
-Mirror Caot

-Ice Beam

Mewtwo
-Protect
-Recover
-Psychic
-???

I will edit this thread later to include all the pokemons abilties, natures, and held items. Please tell me if you need any more information. Sorry I don't now any of the EV stats.

You could include the stats, since you don't have EVs, that might still help.

I will post a little Got homework.
If you start off with Kyogre than there is no need for rain dances since Drizzle is permanent.Also this is a better moveset for Kingdra imo:

Kingdra@Chesto Berry (for rest)/Leftovers (for dragonbreath)
Rain Dance (If you don't start off with kyogre)
Surf (Surf+Stab+Rain boost=really strong attack)
Ice Beam (For other dragons and grass)
Rest/DragonBreath

You don't need to put Protect on every mon.

In 2v2 Ubers you really need something that takes advantage of the weather opposite to the one your using imo.
Eh if this is for NB, get rid of Psychic on Mewtwo.
Everything else has otherwise been said.

Ok thanks for all the help so far. I will try to add each pokemon's stats once I finish training my Suicune. And this team is not for in game.

Dont use Flamethrower, cause in Ubers it hits nothing. Plus Rain Dance makes it weak.

Have the people who reset Rain Dance just in case your Defensive ones, like Ludicolo, it's good at that. Also not everyone needs Protect, Mewtwo needs Thunder, Ice Beam and maybe CM, Psycic isn't that great in Ubers especially if you can have ThunderDance.

There's a Kyogre on the team, that means that the only people that use Rain Dance are used because something has been done to reset it, Raikou has Rain Dance when that is pointless as Raikou can't take many hits, in place it can have CM, Sub or T-wave. Ludicolo can use Rain Dance well as it is Defensive, maybe over Protect and if a dodging move is needed, you could have Dive.
