You could also use Bulk Up or RestTalk but RestTalkers have a hard time telling themselves they're better than Macahmp. Thick Fat or Guts is your call. Seeing how you have a Milotic for status and Dugtrio/Regice/TTar for beating special sweepers I don't really think it makes a great difference.

You have one target for Celebi wtf.

The team is okay but unfocused. You only have one recipient for Celebi and it's not a particularly good recipient either. Regice is not going to sweep if only by virtue of his typing and poor speed. Generally a recipient should win you the game or at least come close to it.

Hariyama is definitely the weakest link here, I'd replace him probably with a Swampert and then switch Milotic for a resttalk Zapdos. You keep your status absorber, your rock resist and your water but you also add two viable BP targets, one of which that can actually win the game in a sweep.

I'm not sure how I feel about TTar here but I don't care enough to switch him. Having a TTar lures in Swampert and lets Celebi setup but if that's his purpose, I'd think that CBtar would do that more effectively here.
