I understand, but wouldn't you get more time and fun out of your game if you trained them up yourself? I'm nowhere near ready to re-challenge the Elite Four, because of how much stronger they've become, so that is why I'm currently training my team up in the Unknown Dungeon (At Cerlean City). I still have awhile to go, but I'm fine with it, because then I know that I'm getting my money's worth out of the game, rather than just hacking my pokemon to higher levels and defeating the E4 right off the bat.
