I'm surprised these two didn't make it:

Charmander:
Charmander. A flame burns on the tip of its tail from birth. It is said that a Charmander dies if its flame ever goes out. (Episode 11)

Spoink:
1.Spoink bounces around on its tail. The shock of its bouncing makes its heart pump. As a result, this Pokémon cannot afford to stop bouncing - if it stops, its heart will stop. (Ruby)

2.It apparently dies if it stops bouncing about. It carries a pearl from Clamperl on its head. (Leaf Green/Fire Red)
