Hail should've been used after Rain Dance because I'm slower. :c

First, use Attract, then Aqua Ring.
If you're Taunted, used two Blizzards.
If you're Taunted and Tormented, use Powder Snow the second action.
If you're Taunted and he blocks/dodges your move (Protect, Dig, etc), use Powder Snow.

Attract/Blizzard~Aqua Ring/Blizzard/Powder Snow.
