There is a random factor that I can't figure out if I should get rid of it or not...
The 6.25% of all moves that don't have a hi crit ratio of actually critting someone. Should I remove the randomness? Or keep it in the game?
On the other hand I did buff all hi crit ratio moves back to their prime. They're back up to 25% back since FR/LG or R/S/E from the 12.5%.
