Ninja's have horrendous defense. Also, I find Gold admist the army, waiting to strike at you, but I use him as a bat and swat away the other Ninjas and OHKO them all with Gold's huge attack stat, fainting him in the Process thanks to his low defense stat. I throw him at you, and using his high attack stat, I KO you and send you flying off the hill, obtaining massive Experaince for beating back a freaking Ninja army.
