For Keldeo, Victini, and Meloetta, you can't get them anymore unless you put up an offer in the small trades thread. For Genesect, you need a copy of White 2/Black 2 and do the following:
>Press start
>Select "Mystery Gift"
>Yes
>Select "via Wi-Fi Connection"
